“Hey, I’m Nat, founder of Team Branston.

I’m a passionate fitness enthusiast and competitor with over 10 years of experience working in the fitness industry. My love for training started with group fitness, where I discovered how powerful it can be when people train together, push their limits, and support one another.

That passion led me into group exercise instructing and eventually into personal training, where I now focus on helping individuals build confidence in their abilities, add structure to their training, and make real, measurable progress.

I work with runners, athletes, and everyday people who want to challenge themselves. Whether you're preparing for events like HYROX, ATHX, or Turf Games, or training for running goals ranging from ultra trail races to marathons, half marathons, 10Ks, 5Ks, or even your local Parkrun, my goal is to help you train smarter, stay consistent, and perform at your best.

Having qualified three years in a row for the HYROX World Championships, and won my age category at the last two ATHX Championships, I understand the importance of structured hybrid training, not just to avoid injury and prevent overtraining, but to perform at your best on race day.

At Team Branston, it’s about more than just workouts. Community is everything. We support and encourage each other every step of the way, whether that’s through team training sessions, our whatsapp group, social runs, or simply catching up over coffee and buns after a workout. It’s about creating an environment where everyone feels welcome, motivated, and proud to be part of the team.
