Tom has been a part of Team Branston for a year. He loves strength training, running, gymnastics and met cons. He has done multiple events including HYROX, ATHX, half marathons, and 5km Park Runs.
izzie
Izzie has got her first solo HYROX coming up. She did a doubles HYROX in Vienna with Scott, and they got over a 2 minute PB!

Dan loves having an event in the diary as a training goal. He has competed in HYROX, ATHX solo and doubles, and loves an olympic lift!
